• If a bet confirmation is not received due to a connection issue, that bet will be considered void.

Maximum Win Limit

Maximum winnings per bet are capped. You can win up to ৳5,00,000 on a single bet and up to ৳20,00,000 in a single month. These limits may be adjusted in special circumstances.

Live Betting Rules

Odds change rapidly in live betting. The odds displayed when placing a bet may shift before the request reaches our server. In such cases, you will be prompted to confirm the bet at the updated odds — you can either accept or cancel.

Wagering Requirements

• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive behavior toward other users.
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward bdt3 staff.

Bdt3 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under certain circumstances. Users will generally be notified by email or SMS before an account is closed; however, immediate action may be taken in cases of serious violations.

Grounds for Account Closure

• Violation of Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Self-exclusion at your own request.
• Directives from legal or regulatory authorities.

Whether your balance is returned upon account closure depends on the reason for closure. If the account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.
